Instructions are for Installation of Flo Radiator guards for the following bikes.
Yz450F 2018 - Current Year
Yz450FX 2019 - Current Year
Yz250F 2019 - Current Year
Yz250FX 2020 - Current Year
1. Start by removing your Shroud Plastics.
2. Remove the O.E Plastic Radiator Louvers
3. Remove Upper Front Radiator bolt that mounts to the Frame.
4. Lineup the Flo Radiator Guards with OE radiators and Install The provided 30mm long Bolt and Washer to the Upper Front radiator/ Frame mount using a 10mm T -handle, DO NOT tighten all the way.
5. Reinstall the plastic Shrouds
6. Lineup the 2 holes on the shrouds with the Flo Radiator Guards and install the Provided 20mm long bolts and washer.
7. Once all bolts on shrouds are lined up and tight go back to the 30mm Frame bolt and tighten using a open end 10mm wrench.
Note... Use Loctite on all threads ..
