For the final round of competition within the 2023 SuperMotocross season, the Flo Motorsports backed team at Manluk Rock River Racing would aspire to finish with strong showing(s) amongst the sport’s highest stage. With racer’s competing in multiple divisions, all in the Yamaha assembly were prepared to present one-hundred percent effort for the concluding showcase of main event(s) in Los Angeles, California.

Continuing on an excellent trajectory of outstanding finishes in a multitude of racing genres, the number seventy-eight of Grant Harlan accelerated onto the circuit in California with fearlessness on Saturday. After qualifying with a notable standing of nineteenth, he proceeded to engage in a series of superb laps throughout both main events while fighting for every position on the racetrack. Advancing to a well-respected score of eighteenth for the conclusion of moto-one, he would then return to the course of competition with an abundance of motivation as the green flag waved for round two. And as the track became more challenging, Harlan’s skillset continued to flourish — ultimately equating to twelfth for his second-moto score and a notable sixteenth overall standing being established, to conclude his brilliant 2023 season.

In the 250 All-Stars segment, it was Pennsylvania’s Gavin Towers who was representing the Yamaha brand. The number fifteen would display tremendous technique on the track for qualification, where he concluded time(d) trials with an excellent first-place feat prior to entering into the main event that followed. Once there, Gavin was immediately striving for victory; doing his best to reach the first-place position, before a devastating crash would result in an unfortunate DNF. Yet even after encountering a bit of trouble for this particular main event, Towers’ talent level and competitiveness were undeniable — which is certain to translate to success in the years ahead.

With the 2023 SuperMotocross Championship now coming a conclusion, the team at Manluk Rock River Racing was a unit of crew members and athletes that displayed tireless work ethic at each round throughout the year. As planning and preparation are now set to begin for the 2024 season, it’s guaranteed that the team will be competing for the highest of feats and strongest results throughout the approaching calendar year.
