GIZMO RACING FACTORY YAMAHA – BIRMINGHAM

For competition in Birmingham, the Gizmo Racing Factory Yamaha team — backed throughout the season by Flo Motorsports — exhibited determination throughout the event at Protective Stadium. They delivered focused performances within this round of the 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship, which featured the 250SX East/West Showdown format. The premier racing assembly was exceptional from start to finish in Alabama, securing superb results as the checkered flag waved on Saturday.

Sweden's Freddie Noren, supported by the trusted performance of Flo Motorsports components, displayed a veteran skillset in the 450SMX division. He navigated the evolving terrain with precision across multiple practice laps. From there, Noren advanced into Heat Race 1 of the 450SMX class, and after competing at the highest level, Freddie claimed a final result of fifteenth. In the 450SMX Last Chance Qualifier that followed, Noren soared to an eventual finish of fourth. Freddie then entered the 450SMX Main Event — and after competing with phenomenal momentum, he earned sixteenth on the overall leaderboard.

Keegan Rowley, also competing with the support of Flo Motorsports, demonstrated an impressive rhythm across the Birmingham circuit and advanced to the Western Divisional 250SMX Heat Race. While racing alongside top‑tier competition, Rowley excelled and earned a result of sixteenth as the checkered flag was thrown. For the 250SMX Last Chance Qualifier that followed, Keegan competed throughout every lap with remarkable vision and eventually sped to the conclusion of the contest to earn a final result of twentieth.

CJ Benard exhibited outstanding form across each qualifying circuit, with lap‑times that positioned him into the Eastern Divisional 250SMX Heat Race. Within the aforementioned segment of competition, Benard competed with immense effort and earned a result of nineteenth at the Monster Energy Finish Line. In the 250SMX LCQ, CJ accelerated with tremendous motivation and earned a score of eighteenth as results were established — another step forward for the Flo Motorsports‑supported program.

Valentin Guillod immediately presented a sensational flow across the technical Alabama circuit. Guillod’s velocity through rhythm lanes and his accompanying corner speed were among the strongest of either competitive category. Despite narrowly missing the Heat Race, LCQ, and Main Event program of the Birmingham event, Valentin’s continued commitment to heightening his skillset — paired with the reliability of Flo Motorsports equipment — remains evident as the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship moves forward.

With racing in Birmingham now complete, the Gizmo Racing Factory Yamaha team has its aspirations set toward further success for the rest of the tour. They’ve shown resilience and determination across all racing formats, and with the continued support of Flo Motorsports, they’re certain to continue ascending throughout the entirety of the 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series.
