Flo Motorsports Aluminum CNC Machined Motocross Sprockets

Flo Motorsports rear sprockets are made from top quality hardened 7075, T6 Aluminum alloy. Our sprockets are CNC machined for maximum precision fit and motor power transfer to the wheel. We offer an ultra-lightweight design which reduces unsprang weight. Self-cleaning mud grooves help with mud clogs and our hard-anodized finish makes for a great look. Flo Motorsports sprockets will last longer than many Competitors sprockets.

Flo Motorsports counter-shaft sprockets are also CNC machined to extremely tight tolerances for maximum life. Our computer aided ultra-light design enables the ultimate combination of strength and lightness. The nickel chrome molybdenum steel provides excellent longevity market. Self-cleaning mud grooves will extend the sprocket and chain life. We put lots of time and effort to create precision machined products that provide perfect synchronicity and accuracy of fit. Our sprockets are also heat treated for increased durability and maximum life span.

When you are looking to upgrade your sprockets, keep in mind the following depending what kind of performance you want from your motorcycle:

For Faster Acceleration (more bottom end)

  • Use a small front sprocket (counter shaft) or larger rear sprocket. For every 1 tooth you change on the front, it is the equivalent to changing 3-4 teeth on the rear.
  • Creates a lower gearing ratio. This is ideal for tight trail riding or tracks without many long straight sections. A lower gear ratio works well for Arena cross opposed to wide open desert racing.

For Faster Top Speed (more top end)

  • Use a larger front sprocket or smaller rear sprocket. Again, changing the front makes a larger impact to your gearing than changing the rear.
  • Creates a higher gearing ratio. Higher gearing ratios work well in high speed situations such as desert riding, sandy motocross type tracks or anywhere that doesn't have very many tight turns.
