How-To install Flo 3.0 Footpegs on GasGas

This will also apply to KTM and Husqvarna 2017 and up models

This is a step by step, how-to guide for installing the Flo Motorsports 3.0 Footpegs. These pegs are the Jet Fuel finish but many other colorways available. This guide can be used for all GasGas 85cc, 125cc, 250cc, 300cc, 350cc, and 450cc motorcycles from 2021-2022.

Fitment: GasGas 125-450cc 2021 - 2022 All models

Tools Needed: 8mm T-handle or similar, Pliers/Nips

Step 1: Use 8mm to remove single bolt that holds frame guard in place

Step 2: Remove cotter pin and washer from OEM peg retaining pin. Use pliers to bend the cotter pin straight so that it can be removed. Be careful not to break the cotter pin unless you plan to install new ones.

Step 3: Remove retaining pin by tapping opposite direction or using pliers to grip and pull. Use pressure on spring with T-handle or similar to aid in removing. Clean and prep area while parts removed.

Step 4: Install Flo pegs by positioning peg and spring as pictured below. Get the retaining pin started a little so it holds the peg and spring in place. Use T-handle or flathead screwdriver to put pressure on spring with one hand and slide the pin the rest of the way with your other hand.

Note: Spring must be facing as pictured- flat end on frame tab, curved end hooking on peg

Note: If your model has a kickstand, some riders choose to reverse the retaining pin on this side from the factory position, as pictured here. This is to prevent interference with the cotter-pin when deploying the kickstand. This is optional

Step 5: Replace washer and cotter pin with pliers and reattach frame guards using 8mm.

Step 6: Repeat steps 1-5 for the opposite side of the bike and both pegs will be installed.

Step 7: Step back and admire
