Yamaha 280mm Front Brake Rotor Kit

The Flo Motorsports 280mm rotor kit for the Yamaha bikes is a huge improvement over stock! The braking power of greatly increased. I considered doing the Brembo master upgrade on my 450, but this rotor delivered the feel I needed at a much better price.

What a great addition to my bike! It is huge and extremely lightweight! I'm buying another one for my practice bike!

I felt like the stock front brake on my 2019 yz250f was a a little underpowered for my needs and didn't have the bite and feel I was looking for. Specifically I felt like to get the amount of braking power I wanted I needed to apply to much force to the lever which made it harder to get the amount of power I was really looking for as it was then a issue of putting to much pressure on the lever. The Flo rotor did exactly as I wanted, it increased the power to give good initial bite when squeezing the brake that I can now use half the lever pressure to get the same stopping power I was before making it much easier to modulate coming into corners and not be concerned with not stopping to enough or to much.

Just got this kit. Although I haven’t used it yet (waiting on new wheels) the finish of these are top notch. Black trim with blue coated accents makes it really stand out. I can’t wait to see what they look like once mounted. Yamaha has been known to have weaker brakes so this 280mm rotor should help that. Plus it comes with the adapter for the caliper! I’ve used tons of Flo Motorsports products and continue to buy more. Great products! Great company!
