Quality product and pleased with the item. I have to say that the packaging wasn’t sufficient for a transatlantic shipment and although the product wasn’t damaged as such the packaging was badly damaged and the extra brake pedal tip was loose in the box as its packaging had broken open and there are a few marks on both parts. Considering where this will be on the bike I figured it’s going to get marked anyway so didn’t want to go through the hassle of contacting Flo to complain as I’m not going to return to the USA from England.
