HONDA CLUTCH LEVER

I purchased this lever for my son for Xmas. I accidentally purchased two instead of one brake and one clutch. I sent an email asking to exchange the extra clutch for the brake. The email response I received was a link to their return policy. First, they do not offer exchanges. Second, if the package was opened in any way, they will not accept the return. You have to return the package with every tiny sticker and tag in its original place so good luck if your excited kid on Xmas opened it thinking it was different. Third, you as the buyer pay for the shipping (that’s fine) and lastly, you lose 10% of your refund due to a restocking fee. Oh and if you ordered (not received) but ordered over 30 days ago, no return will be processed. Had I known this I would’ve gone elsewhere with my business. I’m super disappointed with this policy and think it should be plastered on their webpage so you know what you’re getting yourself into should you make a mistake, like I did.

I felt like I had more clutch control it’s a great product

I wanted to get the entire clutch assymbly or perch. It did not even come with the dust cover. I want the larger red adjustment on the perch instead of stock. I would love to talk to someone. I guess I do not understand the product descriptions on the website. Thank you

Awesome setup. The only reason it’s not a 5 star for me is the lever bend. Really it’s the lack of bend in the lever I dislike. It’s basically straight. I wish it had more of an oem bend to it.
