Yamaha Brake Lever

The quality of Flo Motorsports products is great, but unfortunately, their customer service has been disappointing. I ordered both a brake and clutch lever, but the clutch lever did not fit my bike correctly.

I reached out on Monday for assistance identifying the correct fitment. After one initial response, communication stopped. It’s now been four days without any follow-up or resolution.

For a company offering premium products, I expected better communication and support, especially when dealing with fitment issues. Great products, but the lack of customer service makes the overall experience frustrating.

5 stars for product quality, 2/5 stars for customer service with room for significant improvement.
