PRO 120 Mountain Bike Levers

These could have been good if they had better quality control. The hole wasn't drill out properly and couldn't be installed as shipped. I emailed support for a warranty and they wanted photos for proof, which I supplied. Then they emailed back asking me to ship them back w/ a return label and they'll inspect them to determine if there is a manufacture defect.

This company claims to have "Uncompromising Quality, ensuring 100% satisfaction" and "Rigorous Testing, to guarantee their quality.".

It's a sh*tty warranty and customer service to make the customer pay for shipping both ways due to their product defect.

I ended up having to ask my machinist friend to finish drilling the hole correctly so I could install and use the levers. Man, this could have been handled so much better by Flo Motorsports.

Fitment perfect. Easy install. Color matched. Kids happy. What else is there? Super happy with the new levers.

Bought these again for my class 1 eMTB. I like the additional degree of freedom beyond the stock XT levers to avoid breakage. The colors are stylish too!

kinda hard to install, but works good, but my brake barely works anymore
